Festival of Freaks 2026 Vendor Application

Exhibitors must be approved by the event organizer via an application process that will include samples of the items that are to be sold during the event or a description of the services that will be provided by the vendor.

Exhibitors will be limited to businesses or individuals who sell merchandise that are within the realms of the event theme. (Unusual, spiritual, horror, witchy, macabre type items are a few examples of the theme.)

Priority is given to those who sell hand made products.

There is a limited amount of acceptance for certain categories to maintain the variety of products at this event.

UNACCEPTED ITEMS:
• MULTI-LEVEL MARKETING OR DIRECT SALES
• FOOD OR ALCOHOL

• AI ART OR PRODUCTS

All merchandise displayed in the booth must be comparable to those shown in images. Ineligible work will be removed from the festival at the discretion of the event organizers. Vendors must be able to man their booth at the festival or plan accordingly.

Space assignments will be made by the event coordinators.  No artist may move their space assignment without prior approval.  Festival of Freaks reserves the right to make booth assignment changes as it deems necessary.

Electricity is limited during this event depending on your booth placement, so please plan accordingly. Specific locations, electricity, and other special requests will be assigned on a first-come/first-serve basis, determined by the date we receive your full exhibitor fee. Exhibitors are responsible for their OWN setup, display, and clean up. This includes TABLES AND CHAIRS. We do not provide tables and chairs.

This event will continue rain or shine and will not be canceled unless the weather becomes dangerous.

In the event that a vendor voluntarily cancels their participation in the event, they will be refunded any fees that they have paid to the event organizer unless:

The cancellation takes place within sixty (60) days of the event.

Sales tax reporting is the responsibility of each individual business/artist regardless of whether or not they have a Oklahoma sales tax permits. We are required by law to COLLECT participating vendors SSNs, EINs, or Oklahoma Tax I.Ds. We will not consider vendors who do not provide one of these. EIN's are free and easy to obtain through the IRS. 

Vendors without an OK sales tax permit will be required to submit their sales tax directly to the Tax Commission via their new paperless remittance process. Instructions will be provided by the Tax Commission.

Vendors who do not give notice to their absence the day of the event may not be welcomed back at future events. Vendors who apply, are accepted, but fail to make their payments may not be welcomed back as well.

By applying to this event, you understand and agree to the terms and policies set by the Festival of Freaks Event Staff and the OKC fairgrounds. We reserve the right to remove any person or merchandise from our event if they do not comply with the standards any policies that have been set.

Vendors agree that images and business information submitted through the application may be used by the festival for promotional purposes before, during and/or after the festival is over.  Artists should use the copyright or other symbols to protect the images of their artwork.
